Developed a Facilities Master Plan involving analysis of zoning densities and forecast of future water demands; computer modeling of proposed infrastructure using WaterCAD software; and preparation of a phasing plan for staged construction.
Consulting Engineer to municipal sewerage authority. Authored Rules and Regulations; Facilities Plan; Capital Improvement Plan; Renewal and Replacement Plan; and Feasibility Studies. Developed & implemented Off-Tract Improvement Fee program.
Lead design engineer responsible for establishing guidelines and coordinating work of multiple offices for the Hopewell-Trenton Sewer System project including a regional pump station with a 9-mile dual force main.
