A licensed Professional Engineer with over three decades of progressive experience in public infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.

Currently serving as Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager at HDR in Wilmington, NC, directing multidisciplinary project teams from initiation to closeout. Previously spent nearly two decades as City Engineer for the City of Wilmington, overseeing more than $300 million of public infrastructure capital projects. Career began with 14 years of private consulting at Van Cleef Engineering Associates, providing water and wastewater engineering services to municipalities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
